Welcome to my new Website
Thank you so much for taking the time to read my very first blog post and a huge welcome to my new website.
Recently I was thinking back to where the journey began that led to my new website. Having worked within a corporate environment for about last 20+ years I was never completely fulfilled but also never 100% sure how or confident enough to make that leap. Back in 2015 I was part of a cycling event going from LA to Miami. However once I came back things seemed to be different as I couldn’t ever really settle into what should have been the job of my dreams. With my love for sport reignited about 10 years earlier (I’d fallen in love with cycling and the odd bit of running) I’d used sports massage as a form of maintenance to keep injury free. In 2016 I ended up leaving my job and having been inspired by my own sports massage therapist I embarked on the next stage of my life – and have never looked back.
Ever since I started my training I had a dream of having my own clinic. Finally in April this year, after gaining experience from working within two physiotherapy clinics, that dream started to become a reality as I took the plunge and rented a great space not far from where I live.
Branding and web design has never been my strong point but I understood the need to ‘stand-out from the crowd’ so now it was time to bring in the experts for help; enter the super talented Lesley Moss from Northsouth Design. Lesley not only did this amazing website but also all my logo and print designs – Thank you Lesley for putting up with my endless emails and indecisions over the last few months, I’ve learned so much and am so happy with everything.
I’ll be updating the Blog regularly on loads of different topics such as latest research and tips to help keep you injury free so I hope you will follow me on my journey as the business grows.
Please take a few minutes to around the site, I hope you l like it as much as I do and if you have any feedback I’d love to hear from you either by using the Contact Us form or why not connect via Facebook to keep up to date.
I look forward to seeing you in clinic soon.
